We live in a time of endless information. No matter how amazing, a firehose of content coming at us from all directions, most often leaves us overwhelmed.
The truth is, there is nothing outside of ourselves that will guide us to our highest expression. This is really good news. Because the only thing to really and truly trust is within.
My goal is to help you explore and develop accessible, nourishing, pleasurable, and repeatable ways to enter the realms of your own brilliant nature.
A direct, personal, deeply unique experience of our own divinity, is not only possible, it’s essential.
Your Body Knows The Way
I guide, support, and accompany you into a deeper relationship with your body, your aliveness (eros), and the sacred intelligence within you.
As you are able to tolerate more and more of who you are, light and shadow, you naturally become more yourself—living closer to your true nature—through the lived experience of embodiment and greater access to the vastness of who you are.
This path leads to reclamation, liberation, integration, coherence, and a deeper capacity for intimacy—both within and without.
Eros as the Guide
Most of us have been taught to relate to life through effort, analysis, and control. We try to fix ourselves, overcome our patterns, and think our way into freedom.
Yet there is another way.
There is already a profound intelligence moving through our bodies—an animating life force that called Eros. It is far more than sexuality. It is the current of aliveness itself: the impulse toward connection, creativity, healing, pleasure, and becoming.
Together we develop a relationship with this aliveness through somatic awareness, movement, relational practice, shadow work, and most importantly play.
Soon you will discover that your body, your life, and the very challenges you face are not obstacles to your path—they are the path. They become your most reliable guides, continually revealing the next step toward your own deepest truth.
When the system no longer organizes around protection, it begins to organize around a frequency of safety and aliveness. This is where healing unfolds. This is where wisdom emerges.
It is a potent here-and-not-here experience, where presence becomes so full, so saturated, that form begins to soften into the formless. In this state, you are more rooted in the body than ever before—tracking breath, sensation, and gravity—yet you are also expansive, luminous, and porous.
You become the cosmos through the body. It is the confluence of the self as both specific and infinite, animal and cosmic, breathing and being breathed. This state is not a result of striving or achievement. It is a flowering; a kind of homecoming that dissolves the illusion of separation.
This is the blueprint for how we are meant to feel—what we are meant to have access to.
